Run the prompt
Open Claude skill in an empty folder and paste the builder prompt from Your kit. It writes a skill folder: SKILL.md, CHECKS.md, REPORT.md template and a scripts/ folder and opens it. Let the first run finish before you touch anything.
The builder skill is in the kit. Buy it to copy the prompt and unlock steps 2–5.
What you should see
Run `/site-doctor https://yoursite.com` inside the site's repo. In a few minutes you get REPORT.md: a score, the top ten fixes with file paths, and a list of pull requests it's ready to open.
If it goes wrong
If the agent asks a clarifying question, answer "use your judgement and keep it self-contained".
