Found 61 issues on a site I thought was fine. The PRs were small enough to review in an hour.

What's in the kit
The builder skill
A SKILL.md with its reference files. Install it and call it by name.
Make it yours
Five short steps: what was built, how to change the checks it runs, add your own house rules, and publish it.
Your own shareable build
Publish what you make and get a demo page like this one, with your name on the badge.
What it builds
A skill that audits a site the way a good SEO consultant would, then fixes what it can in the codebase. Point it at a repo and a URL: it crawls the pages, checks titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, Open Graph, structured data, sitemap, robots, internal links, image alt text and Core Web Vitals, and writes a prioritised report with the exact file and line for every issue. Then it opens one pull request per fix category. The demo is the report it produced for a real small-business site.
- Crawls up to 500 pages and ranks issues by impact and effort
- Checks titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, OG and Twitter cards
- Validates JSON-LD against what Google actually uses
- Finds orphan pages and broken internal links
- Generates missing metadata in the site's own voice
- One pull request per fix category, with before and after
