Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account: your email, name and sign-in identifier, handled by Firebase Authentication.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them. Stripe is our payment processor and, for creators, our payout provider.
- Lessons: your progress, questions and reviews, so they show up when you come back.
- Demo views: a count per kit of views and badge clicks, with no personal identifiers.
What we don't do
No advertising, no selling of data, no third-party analytics scripts on the site. Emails are transactional: receipts, review outcomes, replies to your questions.
Where it lives
Our database runs on Google Cloud (us-central1) and the site runs on Cloudflare. Firebase, Stripe and our email provider process data under their own policies.
Your rights
Email hello@robotacademy.com to export or delete your account. Deleting an account removes your profile, progress, questions and reviews; purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. Demos run in a sandboxed origin and can't read it.
