Run the prompt
Open Claude skill in an empty folder and paste the builder prompt from Your kit. It writes a skill folder: SKILL.md, VOICE.md, OUTPUTS.md and scripts/ and opens it. Let the first run finish before you touch anything.
The builder skill is in the kit. Buy it to copy the prompt and unlock steps 2–5.
What you should see
Run `/podcast-notes episode-42.txt`. In a minute you get notes.md with the hook, chapters, links, quotes and the blurb, plus a list of anything it couldn't verify.
If it goes wrong
If the agent asks a clarifying question, answer "use your judgement and keep it self-contained".
