Run the prompt
Open Codex in an empty folder and paste the builder prompt from Your kit. It writes a static folder (index.html, sw.js, manifest.webmanifest) and sync-endpoint.js and opens it. Let the first run finish before you touch anything.
The builder prompt is in the kit. Buy it to copy the prompt and unlock steps 2–5.
What you should see
Serve the folder over https (the README has a one-liner). Open it on your phone: the install banner appears, and notes still save with the network off.
If it goes wrong
If the agent asks a clarifying question, answer "use your judgement and keep it self-contained".
Try your own
Use it for two minutes before you change anything. Notice what you'd change first; that's step 3.
