Run the prompt
Open Claude skill in an empty folder and paste the builder prompt from Your kit. It writes a skill folder with SKILL.md and three reference files and opens it. Let the first run finish before you touch anything.
The builder skill is in the kit. Buy it to copy the prompt and unlock steps 2–5.
What you should see
A folder named changelog-writer. Run "/changelog-writer v2.4" in a repo and you get a draft in under a minute.
If it goes wrong
If the agent asks a clarifying question, answer "use your judgement and keep it self-contained".
